Day 2: Ha Noi city tour
|
Enjoy sightseeing tours to the city's landmarks such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed to visitor in Monday and Friday, Oct & Nov ), One Pillar Pagoda, The Temple of Literature (First University built in the 11 Century), visit Hanoi's Ethnology Museum and its fascinating exhibitions about the diverse hilltribes in Vietnam. Lunch Take photos outside of Ho Guom Lake, Ngoc Son temple in the centre of modern Hanoi .Take cyclo tour around the Hanoi City's old quarters, water puppetry show: A fantastic art from originating in the Northern Vietnam, best seen in Hanoi. Free walking around Hanoi old quarter for shopping and short visit Dong Xuan market. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 3: Ha Noi – Ha Long
| Morning, we will transfer to Halong Bay through the scenic countryside. Halong Bay is truly one of Vietnam’s most impressive scenic sights. Heading out of the town and check in hotel. Lunch Free time to relax or shopping around the town. Overnight in Halong

Day 4: Ha Long – Ha Noi – Dong Trieu

Enjoy 4hour cruise In the morning take a cruise by a private boat to visit Ha Long Bay. The cruise shall last for 4 hours with Thien Cung grotto, Dau Go cave and enjoy the beauty of nature of Halong Bay. Lunch on boat with seafood. Come back to Hanoi in the late afternoon. Stop on the way to visit Dong Trieu ceramic and pottery village. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 5: Ha Noi – Hue
| After breakfast, free at your leisure till transferring to the airport to take flight to Hue. Arrival in Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam, you will be welcome by guide and driver then transferred to your hotel in town for check-in. Lunch. Afternoon, begin the sightseeing tour in the old Imperial city located in the heart of Hue. This vast complex will built in the early 19th century. End model after the forbidden city of Peking. Most the building have been destroyed during the Vietnam- American War, but the monuments that remain provide a fascinating glimpse into the Court Life of the Nguyen Dynasty. Approach the city past the striking Flag Tower, where a giant Vietnamese Flag waves proudly over head, to the imposing Ngo Mon Gate, the main entrance to the Imperial Enclosure. Enter into an area of spacious courtyard and serene LOTUS POND, and visit Dien Tho Residence (Dien Tho Palace) is where the Queen Mother lived, visit Thai Hoa Palace, the magnificently decorated reception Hall, the halls of the mandarins, the original Nine Dynastic URNS, among the other sites. Day 6: Hue explore – Hoi An
| Enjoy a leisurely boat ride, down the PERFUME RIVER, stopping first at the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda, and elegant seven tiered octagonal tower which has become Hue’s most widely recognizable monuments. Continue cruising into the countryside to the Imperial Tomb of Minh Mang, a majestic complex of courtyards, pavilions and temples in the beautiful nature setting. Free shopping in Dong Ba market. Lunch Afternoon , we drive to Hoi An, we will cross Hai Van Pass where you will have magnificent view of the China Sea. Stop at Lang Co to have break. Visit the fascinating Cham Museum, famous China Beach and the Marble Mountains, five stone hillocks, once islands, that now rise sharply from the surrounding rice fields. Riddled with caves and shrines, they are said to each represent one of the five elements of the universe. Transfer to Hoi An .Hoi An known as Faifo to early Western traders, it was one of South East Asia's major international ports and today it still retains that special old-world feel. Day 7: Hoi An explore
| Enjoy a walking tours. Visit Japanese Covered Bridge Pagoda: the first bridge on this site was constructed in 1593 by the Japanese community of Hoi An to link the town with the Chinese quarters across the stream. The bridge was provided with a roof so it could be used as a shelter from rain and sun. Sa Huynh Museum located near the Japanese Covered Bridge, it contains exhibitions from the earliest period of Hoi An’s history. Tran Family Chapel: this house for worshipping ancestors was built about 200 years ago with donations from family members. The Tran family traces its origins to China and moved to Vietnam around 1700. The architecture of the building reflects the influence of Chinese and Japanese styles. Phuoc Kiem Assembly Hall Chinese pagoda built around 1690 and then restored and enlarged in 1900. It is typical of the Chinese clans that were established in the Hoi An area. The temple is dedicated to Thien Hau Thanh Mau (Goddess of the Sea and Protector of Sailors and Fishermen). Lunch. Lantern Making workshop: Visit one of the lantern workshop in Hoi An. The framework of lantern will be made by the industry itself and clients with opportunity of making silk cloth on the lantern. Around the town we can see a numerous art galleries and tailor shops, get some made-to-order clothes if you like. Back to hotel and you will be free at leisure on the beach or wandering around the town for the rest of day. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 8: Hoi An Silk Village – My Son Holy Land
| After breakfast, transfer visit Hoi An Silk Village 9:00 AM Arriving at Hoian Silk Village, enjoying welcome drink 9:10 AM Visiting the traditional house in Quang Nam and listen to the story of the Job Lady of craft sericulture in Quang Nam. It comprises many Champa temples, in a valley roughly two kilometers wide, surrounded by two mountain ranges. It was the site of religious ceremony of kings of the Champa dynasty, and was also a burial place of Champa royals and national heroes. The My Son temple complex is one of the foremost temple complexes of Hinduism in South East Asia and is the foremost heritage site of this nature in Vietnam. . Overnight in Hoi An

Day 9: Hoi An Cooking Class - Da Nang – Airport

After breakfast, transfer visit Hoi An market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. After that transfer to Cooking School. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge chef’s, before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked.
